3:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Bib pickup at Laurier Québec (3rd floor near the entrance to Sports Experts)

10:00 AM to 19:00 PM – Bib pickup at Laurier Québec (3rd floor near the entrance to Sports Experts)

6:30 AM to 8:40 AM – Bib pickup* at the event site.

Starts

7:40 AM – Start of the 19 k

8:10 AM – 1st start of the 14 k

8:30 AM – 2nd start of the 14 k

9:00 AM – Start of the 9 k race

9:30 AM – Start of the 9 k walk

10:00 AM – Start of the 4 k race

10:10 AM – Start of the 4 k walk

11:00 AM – Start of the Youth Race (2 k).

Podium and award presentations

10:15 AM – Podium/award presentation for the 19 k, 14 k, and 9 k run

10:50 AM – Podium/award presentation for the 4 k run

10:50 AM – Podium/award presentation for the 4 k and 9k walk

11:30 AM – Podium/award presentation for the 2 k

*No changes or transfers on the morning of the competition.
