You must also know the home address of the person whose bib you are picking up.

The period for race changes ends on September 3, 2025.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • September 3, 2025, is also the deadline to register if you want your name to appear on your bib.
  • After this date, it will only be possible based on bib availability and only in person at the bib pickup location. No changes or transfers on the morning of the competition.
  • It’s not possible to reserve a bib in advance; we operate on a first-come, first-served basis!
  • An $18 fee applies, or $25 on-site during bib pickup.
  • If applicable, you will need to pay the fee difference between the two events according to the current rate at the time of the exchange.

After this date, requests for bib transfers can only be made in person at the bib pickup on October 3th and 4th. Please check the bib pickup schedule here.

What you need to know:

  • If the person to whom the bib belongs cannot be present at bib pickup, you must have a written authorization (letter, email, Messenger, etc.) from the seller authorizing you to take their bib, including their name, bib number, and home address.
  • An $25 fee applies on-site during bib pickup.

The negotiation and transaction of the bib transfer are solely between the seller and the buyer. RaceRoster and Gestev are not responsible and do not participate in transactions related to bib transfers.

It is prohibited to participate in the event with someone else’s bib (e.g., the one initially assigned to the seller). Unauthorized bib transfers not approved by the organizer are not allowed. Participant transfers must be done according to the terms outlined above.

To obtain a copy of the waiver, please contact us at info@jecoursqc.com. If the person is present, the waiver will be signed on-site.
