To motivate you to move and have fun, we offer you a series of motivating and stimulating training programs developed by the Coaching du Coureur. These programs have been designed by coaches and tested with high-level athletes. Two types of programs are available for each event: the ‘discovery’ program and the ‘progression’ program. The first is designed for you if you are brand new to the world of running. And if running is already part of your daily routine, the second program will be better suited to your needs.
