To pick up your bib or someone else’s bib, you must show the bib number in paper or electronic format. Click here to get the bib number. You must also know the civic address of the person whose race number you are picking up.

Participation T-shirt

When registering, adding the t-shirt is optional. You will have the option of deducting an amount from your invoice or of making a donation to the Scol’ERE scholarship as compensation, if you choose not to take it.

Participation medal

When you register, you will be able to waive the medal and donate the value of the medal to the Scol’Ere Scholarship to offset some of the GHG generated by the event.

The start of the half-marathon will be at Galeries Chagnon, near Sports Experts.

In the context of the 21.1 km event of the Lévis Half Marathon on Sunday, May 5th, slowdowns are expected to reach the starting line of the race due to construction work on Boulevard Guillaume-Couture during the event weekend, leaving only one lane of traffic available.

Participants are therefore invited to plan their travel accordingly.

Transportation for participants

For the 21km race

Participants of the 21K can park at the Galeries Chagnon, the starting site of their event, near the Sports Experts. 1200, boulevard Alphonse-Desjardins, Lévis (Quebec) G6V 6Y8

Once at the finish site, transport will be available for runners to return to the start site. These buses will be in operation until 1:30pm.

Transportation for accompanying persons

Roundtrip shuttles to the arrival site

Parking and traffic are prohibited on the streets near the finish site at Juvénat Notre-Dame. Families, friends and accompanying persons will therefore be able to use shuttles that will run between the shuttle site on 2nd Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues in Saint-Romuald and the finish site at Juvénat Notre-Dame. Shuttles are free and will run continuously from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. No transportation will be provided for family, friends and accompanying persons from Galeries Chagnon.

ParkingParking in the historic Saint-Romuald town centre is limited. We recommend using the shuttle service.

Traffic

During the race, the roads along the course will be closed to vehicle traffic.

Bag checkParticipants can choose to leave their personal belongings in the bag check trucks . Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 12:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.

The pace bunnies alternately have a cadence of ten minutes of running and one minute of walking.

Our pace setter, commonly known as cadence bunnies, have the role of running at a precise speed to help participants maintain their pace and achieve their desired finish time.

Cash prizes for the Championships are reserved for athletes who are members of Athlétisme Québec, reside in Quebec and hold a valid RAMQ card.

To integrate into the overall ranking or age category ranking of the Coupe Québec, it’s quite simple: you just need to become a member of Viens Courir.

Cash prizes must be claimed no later than 30 days after the event is held. The organization gives itself the right, within three days of the race, to withdraw a runner’s purse if the results have been falsified.

Recognition for 65 and Over

Our recognition podium for 65 and over aims to applaud the remarkable performances of runners who will place in the top 3 of the following age categories: 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, as well as 80 years and older. They will receive a digital photo in a personalized Je Cours Qc frame to immortalize this great achievement.

It will be possible to track a runner in real time using the Sportstats app.

Snacks will be provided for all participants in the race finish area.

Kilometre markers will be placed every kilometre in ascending distance order.

The participants have 4 hours to complete the 21.1 km race.

Registrations are limited to 7 350 for all the races of this event.

Headphone use

Please note that Athlétisme Québec does not recommend wearing headphones on the runners’ course. If you wish to run with music, you must be able to hear outside sounds such as a runner asking you to let them pass, a police officer giving you instructions or a volunteer giving you directions. Your safety and that of other participants and volunteers is at stake.

Shuttles will transport participants free of charge between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to their respective departure site, from the shuttle site, located on 2nd Street in Saint-Romuald, between 1st and 2nd Avenue. See the map below to get to the shuttle site.

Once at the finish site, transport will be available for runners to return to the shuttle site.

**IMPORTANT** : There will be no transportation between the finish site at Juvénat Notre-Dame and the start sites for the 5km and 10km.

For the 2km race

Children and parents will be transported free of charge between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. to the start line of the Kids Race, from the Juvénat Notre-Dame. After the start of the race, the buses will return to the arrival site for parents and accompanying persons who wish to use this service. It should be noted, however, that given the speed of the race, it is highly likely that returning bus passengers will not make it possible to arrive in time for arrivals.

Once at the finish site, transport will be available for runners to return to the shuttle site.
