The runner must carry:
48k: Minimum of 500 ml of water, two energy gels, a whistle, and a cell phone (save 581 748-5160 in case of emergency).
Depending on the weather, it is recommended to adjust the amount of water and the type of equipment (rain jacket, etc.).
(For runners with allergies to stings or food allergies, have an EpiPen auto-injector on hand.)
A spontaneous and random check may take place. Note that poles are allowed from the 6th kilometer onward.
A support area will be set up exclusively for the 48k race of the Trail du Coureur des Bois de Duchesnay. This area will be located at refreshment station no. 5, situated at kilometer 38 of the course and accessible near 308 chemin Thomas-Maher.
Parking will be available in front of refreshment station number 5, at the Saint-Louis chapel at the same address.
Each runner will receive a bracelet during bib distribution to be given to a single support member. The support person may bring additional clothing and food to the participant.

Participants in the 3k Trail Coureur des Bois Duchesnay are not allowed to have an accompanying person.
We’re continuing our eco-friendly approach, and this year we’re offering a reusable glass in the event colors. You can use it to celebrate your achievement and drink a good beer!
On race morning, starting at 6:30 a.m., participants are invited to the Station touristique Duchesnay. This is where the start and finish lines are located, as well as the post-race snack bar.
Due to the large number of participants and limited parking spaces, we are offering a 100% free shuttle service to the event from Québec City. It is essential to reserve your spot by filling out the form below.
There are two shuttle pick-up locations:
Parking at the Duchesnay Resort is limited. We recommend carpooling.
Participants can choose to leave their personal belongings inside the Pavillon Le Boisé (in front of the bibs distribution). Bags must be identified with the detachable strip at the bottom of the bib. Bags can be picked up at the finish area until 6:30 p.m. There is a maximum size limit of 18’’ x 10’’ x 8’’ per bag.

Alert levels range from Low Risk (GREEN) to Moderate (YELLOW), High (RED), and Extreme (BLACK).

Our recognition podium for 65 and over aims to applaud the remarkable performances of runners who will place in the top 3 of the following age categories: 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, as well as 80 years and older.
